I called around and checked prices before deciding to rent a storage unit here. They had the best prices, were friendly over the phone, and I love that we can pay our bill online. It's under new management, and I am impressed by our service so far as new customers.

My mom died earlier this month and I had to scramble to find a place to store her things while we find permanent homes for everything. This was the first place I called. I didn't have to call anyone else. Bridget listened while I broke down on the phone. She had tissues in the office and was patient when I lost it there, too. She made the process easy and transparent. I also don't think I'll find a better deal. Her husband even helped me move some heavier things. When she says, "I got you," she means it.
