Ordered a package and paid extra to have it delivered in two days. Received an email stating my package was delivered while I was home but upon checking outside, there was no package. Called them to let them know of the mistake and was treated like a liar and told it was delivered. It wasn't. Maybe it was stolen? I have no neighbors and I literally walked outside to get it as soon as I received the email. Pathetic customer service and terrible timing with Christmas around the corner.
I have a over night package send over my house
From UPS store to where I live 5 minutes away.when I checked the tracking number it's said out for delivery 8:45 A.M. Until now just got to my house.this is (( pretty bad Business for UPS )) I spend money to send is the quickest way to get to my house but I'm always got my package for the last minutes before (( UPS )) closed.

I have always had good results and the workers are very helpful and nice. The package arrives when they say it will.
Lost my iPhone 7 Plus in the mail. Said it was dropped off at porch, never got it.
Goodness what a bunch of crybabies leaving reviews on here. UPS and FedEx are the way to go. I cringe if I see the postal service is going to deliver my package. I've had multiple packages picked up here and have never had a problem. I order stuff all of the time via UPS and have never had a problem with a driver. Try going to the post office and wait in line and your perspective will change.
