burgers were fresh and very nice, fries little soggy but overall good. BUT OUT OF COKE !!
When I am a customer, I expect customer service. People are being hired for jobs they obviously do not like and then who suffers? The customer. I do not care what they have going on with one another, at home, outside of work. Blah blah blah
The wendys in Gautier Mississippi is just plain poorly mismanaged wendys ive ever been too. Ordered my meal its was wrong of course and took over 15 minutes to get. Then my wife points to her fries and there is a big curly hair stuck to the fries. So i decide to get up and complain i notice no one is wearing the hair nets. To my surprise i look around for the manager and she is also not wearing her hair net as she is standing right infront of the fries. How can the employees follow the rules if there own manager does not follow basic food saftey rules. Simply she should not be running the store. Disgusting i will never return there and i will make sure to tell all my family and friends DONT GO THERE...
Definitely one of the better fast food options in the Gautier area. Good always arrives hot and quick. Good job guys.
We need some employees that want to do a great job. I shouldnt get attitude when I ask for napkins, straws, ketchup or anything. I should just get what I need.
Everything is always old ! How hard is it to have fresh food ?? You work at a fast food place we aren't asking you to make us a damn steak !!!
