A great place to stay ,everything you need at an RV park . Housekeeping staff are wonderful and are very dedicated to us upon every visit there. Great park James we thank y'all. Will always be are go to place for lodging in Jackson county.
The park had scenic views and clean restrooms. I loved being right on the Bayou. The staff was very friendly and the cafe on site was convenient and delicious!
We stayed for 2 nights at about $28 per night with Good Sam Discount. We got full hookups, 50 amp, and a level concrete pad. They have pool, lodge area, club house, fishing dock, boat launch, laundry room, bath and shower house, and a cafe open only for breakfast. The pool wasn't cleaned, but it's off season and full of leaves. The bathrooms and showers are kind of scary with poor lightning, and need better daily cleaning, maybe a power wash. The laundry room is very dirty, dusty, and it looks like the machines haven't been cleaned in while. People often leave their laundry unattended. There are only 4 pairs of washers and dryers which is not enough for a park this size. Roads are rough and not paved. The grounds are full of wildlife and birds which are fun to watch. But overall a number of the amenities in the park needs some kind of maintenance.

Park seems very nice. Needs some TLC maintenance wise. We only stayed one night. Price was reasonable. Stayed in the overflow area which is basically a parking lot. Had full hookups and cable which was nice. Seemed isolated where we were. Our major concern was safety. Walked the dogs early evening and was hollered at by some questionable persons in a passing vehicle. Keep noticing same type out and about. Around 11:30pm the party was on! Music was going and whooping and hollering! We almost left at 1am! Felt like a target sitting in the parking lot all alone. The party quietened down and we left around 7 am. Not sure if we have given the park a fair chance but safety is our highest priority.
